Working from home: Reboot Video Series

This video series is presented by Lucy Griffith, Thrive at Work’s Founder. She introduces a series of exercises that you can use whilst working from home to reboot your energy, manage stress and find focus. For this series, Lucy takes inspiration from yoga, martial arts and dance as well as drawing upon her experience as a fitness trainer and office wellness specialist.
