A: Group Workshop
These interactive group sessions empower employees to take control of their own workday health. They offer simple ways to create healthy habits that stick in their daily working life.
We begin by diving into the theory and science behind the topic. Individuals are given the chance to reflect on their own related experiences and to experiment with a range of possible solutions to address their own unique wellbeing needs at work. Over the weeks, participants accumulate a toolkit of techniques that are simple to learn and easy to integrate into their working day. They get to decide on their own takeouts depending on what’s relevant to them.
B: Physical Training
These group training sessions deepen understanding of the focus topic with the use of simple physical exercises. They are designed to maximise energy and focus as well as balancing the emotions.
Each session comprises of low-sweat techniques that are easy to learn and suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level. They offer short, manageable strategies that can be taken away and used directly in a working day. All exercises can be done in the office or at home, as all that is needed is a small space and a chair. No change of clothing is required.
